Would like to know if 'community' is coming to blog.ca soon as well.
However, I must admit I had a twinge of 'facebook' creeps wend through me when I first read about the option above. Will material posted 'community' here be owned by 'blog.co.uk' as it is on that private information hungry 'big bro' site?
How safe is our identity??? Rec'd newsletter from Alternet.org yesterday with this. Consider it a headz-up of what may come down the 'tube' globally if the NWO's 'police-state' maintains its cretinous invasion of our privacy in cyberspace and telecom networks.
Dear Reader,
AT&T and Verizon customers are having their phone conversations handed over to Bush's National Security Agency for review at its discretion. This is a slap in the face to the Constitution and our basic right to privacy. We often give you the opportunity to support progressive causes, and this is no exception. By switching your wireless service to Credo Mobile you can use your consumer power to help stop illegal wiretapping by refusing to support the telecom companies who promote it.
i cannot understand your fears, maybe you care to email/PM with me about them so i get an understanding of what you fear? you can also msg-chat me in skype.
we're not planning to put tabs on blog.ca too soon because the community is rather small, but it might happen at some point in the future, you can check our german site [ www.blog.de ] to see what tabs there might be coming
Looks a good way of reading blogs that I was previously unaware about. It has been frustrating trying to find out which bloggers are active. I hate the featured blogs - (yawn, they are nearly always the same people) - and after wasting time looking through the directory, only to find one person on the first page who was an active blogger - I was beginning to despair of reading any new blogs.
Just curious - is it possible for people to see this page/perform searches etc if they do not have a blog account? I'm not too worried myself but would like to know if somebody could search for, for example, females under 25 and view their blogs without having a username of their own.

Yes, that is possible.
However, the individual privacy settings of each user define how much information others can see. So if you desire privacy, you can still have it.
Thank you Rampie, just wondered!
Thanks Rampage, "So if you desire privacy, you can still have it" is good enough for me.
Just wanted to point out the 'Facebook' syndrome...
Thanks for all the great work team; much appreciated.
