Just for those who are sporadically being logged out. Please answer the following questions as specifically as you can - it should further help us to sort out the problem.
Please mail your answers to support@blog.co.uk when you are finished.
1. What operating system do you use (as specifically as possible)?
2. What browser and do you use, and which version is it?
3. Do you use browser extentions, for example Google Toolbar, etc?
4. Do you have many windows or tabs open at the same time when the logout occurs?
5. Are your username and password saved, do you use autologin or do you enter your details manually each time you log in?
6. Are you logged out after a particular length of time?
7. Please describe you 'clickroute' - where exactly you were when the logout occured, where you were going to, etc.
8. Are you logged out as you go from the new design areas to the old, or vice versa? (You can recognise the 'new' areas due to the fact that they have more space at the sides, eg 'myblog' is new, but 'blogs' is old.
9. If you are logged out when you click on a particular profile or blog, please let us know which one(s).
Thanks again for your help,
your BCUK team.

3. Yes
4.Not sure
5. Use Fx Password Manager but sometimes choose to log in and out myself so I can't say I've noticed when I'm faultily logged out.
6. Now that it's mentioned, must admit that it happened but like I said, haven't as yet realized just when this occurs. Can't say when but shall be more alert and record info on the incident in future.
7. 8. Same as 5 & 6.
9. Sometimes when I switch from blog.ca to blog.co.uk or blog.de, etc. I'm denied view of the post. I then click on the bloggers header and get to view their multiple blog post page. Sometimes I'm required to log in. Have stopped using the 'auto login' for some time.
However, my problem is trying to be logged in as a co-author. Still haven't wrapped my head around that one.
But thanks for all your efforts; personally, I think we have the best blog domain on the net. Bravo team!!!
Bundles of hugs to all...
Hi Rampage,
Can I post this to you personally? Microsoft has sent this to me for your team. I've posted it in Help but it can get passed over there...
This is what they have asked you to do...
