We have ironed out a bug with the captcha and this has greatly helped in keeping spam out.
We would like to apologise for the irritation these spam attacks caused, and to thank you for your patience and reports.

Good work team, have been inundated with spam in my mail saying it's commenting on my post but luckily I noticed the mail [although referencing a blog post and using blog.ca in the notice], the reply address being offered to reply is usually any one of strange names at gmail and other domains I have never heard about.
My regular mail always has blog.ca,blog.co.uk or .de, etc. as source. My confusion is, how do the spammers get to link our posts and domain within their spam???
But about the spam being received, sadly my mail is downloaded from varied online mail accounts through Thunderbird so I don't often see the mail at source; but gratefully I have sufficiently activated mail options within Thunderbird which now takes care of the incoming spam. Delete!!

I keep getting loads of smam comments - mainly from IVA / bancruptcy people. Please sort it!!
